A manufacturer of dips in the south east of England needed an ice machine but had only the smallest of spaces.
Luckily we had a used ZBE 1.200 in stock for sale that fitted perfectly and the machine was duly installed.
As you can see from the picture there is not much room around the machine for service, but luckily on this model all the panels are completely removeable so it should not be too much trouble.
A custom ice discharge arrangement was designed and fitted along with a level control to make sure the ice doesn't get out of hand.
To ensure efficient running, a remote weatherproof condenser was fitted outside the building. This ensures that there is no heat going into the plant room and that the condenser has a plentiful supply of fresh air.
Our engineers installed the pipework and wiring between the two units, tested, commissioned then demonstrated the unit to the customer.
We recommend that external condensers are installed as shown in the picture with the fans facing upwards. This means that whichever way the wind is blowing, it is always taking the warm air away from the condenser
