Ziegra UK is owned by Ziegra Eismaschinen GmbH who design and manufacture our full range of ice machines.

We employ our own full-time technicians who work solely on Ziegra supplied products. As a result, we have a longstanding team of engineers with a depth of knowledge and experience which cannot be matched. Such specialisation means that each engineer can carry a range of spare parts, allowing machines to be repaired on the first visit in the vast majority of cases.

As well as being able to offer nationwide service from our own engineers, we also work alongside specially selected local engineers where such support is required by the customer. In addition, equipment can be sent to our workshop at our premises in Stockport.

As well as responding to callouts, Ziegra also offers a range of service contracts at competitive rates. Our in-house software will schedule your service visit and our engineers provide you with a report which satisfies F-gas requirements.
