The ice machine is a tropical plug in unit and requires only connection to water and mains power supply. It is continuously rated and works fully automatically. No moving parts in the refrigeration circuit of the evaporator, hence no leaks due to rotating seals. The bin is of a compact design and construction is of welded steel shell and frame. Interior and exterior finish is stainless steel. This unit is ideal where floorspace is at a premium and is designed to have as small footprint as possible. The bin is well insulated with 100mm PU foam layer to keep ice good for as long as practically possible and is provided on 50mm high non-adjustable legs. The door is at a convenient height for ice removal from the bottom of the bin. |

Remote weatherproof or saltwater resistant condenser |

| A standard packaged ice machine has the condenser built into it. This is fine in enviroments that are cool and well ventilated, with clean air, however for environments that get hot, dusty or do not have very good ventilation a remote condenser mounted outside the building is the solution. Remote machines must only be professionally installed by persons qualified to do so. Remote condensers come weatherproofed as standard for outside installation, however for applications close to the sea, saltwater resistant Cu/Cu condensers are recommended. | ||
Auto drain down and flushing system |

Every Ziegra ice machine has as standard a sealed water system for maximum possible water hygiene. However for applications where hygiene is a high priority, additonal systems can be fitted. Auto water drain down empties the water resovoir every time the machine is switched off, preventing water from stagnating in the tank. Auto water drain down is available separately or with an additional auto flushing system. This system can be pre-set to automatically flush through the water system with clean water at intervals pre-determined by the customer. |
